Summary
AFRIAK aims to train a new generation of young Africans to design research projects and produce knowledge derived from indigenous and local realities. Supported by the Mastercard Foundation.
Eligibility
Young African nationals aged 35 and below, residing on the African continent and engaged in research or knowledge production. At least 70% of selected Fellows will be young women.

Fellowship support for research and knowledge production, mentorship, and skills development in indigenous knowledge systems.
Requirements
Research proposal focused on indigenous or alternative knowledges, based in formal African research/knowledge institutions.
