We respect your control over personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of information we hold in connection with https://pyfib.com, our blog, business enquiries, and related services operated by Pyfib Ltd.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request. Include:

Your full name and, if applicable, organisation name;
The email address or phone number you used when contacting us or using our services (so we can verify your request);
A short description of what you would like deleted (for example "emails sent via the contact form in March 2026" or "all personal data you hold about me").

We may ask for reasonable additional information to confirm your identity before processing a request, to protect against fraudulent removal.

What we can delete

Depending on what we hold, we can typically:

Remove or anonymise enquiry and correspondence data that is no longer needed for legal or operational purposes;
Address requests relating to blog or editorial content where you are the data subject and removal is appropriate (subject to freedom of expression and archival exceptions);
Work with you to wind down client or project materials after contract completion, in line with our agreements and applicable law.

What we may need to keep

We may retain certain records where the law requires it (for example tax, accounting, or regulatory retention), to establish or defend legal claims, or where deletion would compromise the security or integrity of our systems. When that happens, we will explain the limitation at a high level without compromising security or others' rights.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days and to complete verified deletion (or explain any limitation) within approximately thirty days, unless a longer period is required by law or the complexity of the request.

App store and mobile products

If your data is held inside a mobile app distributed through Google Play or another store, you may also use the platform's account and data controls. Product-specific privacy practices may apply in addition to this page.
